Valuation G.Chellamuthu pandian is a chartered Engineer and Registered Architect. Presently practicing as a Registered Valuer, he is an arbitrator in several disputes. Designed/executed more than 300 buildings, which include both residential and commercial, schools, and a steel stock yard. He has valued more than 5000 properties of different types and was member of editorial board and editor Indian Valuer. He has contributed more than 100 articles in leading dailies and professional journals. He has authored more than 35 books concerning Housing and Real Estate. One of the books, Valuation of Immovable Properties is running the 13th edition. Two of his books have received Tamil Nadu State Govt. awards He was chairman of Institution Valuers. Tamilnadu Zone for 12 years and National President for one year.

Vaasthu and Fengshui S.B.S.Surendran S.BS.SURENDRAN is an Electrical Engineer and is in the Business of Power Conditioning and Telecommunications. His passion for photography and films made him explore structures and think about them and the constructions of temples and bldg. leading to his keen interest in Vaasthu & Fengshui. He has been practicing Vaasthu for 14 years and Fengshui science for over 10 years now.
